On-Site Registration will be available at the conference venue throughout the duration of the conference.
We would appreciate your cooperation to register as early as possible.

  • * The deadline date is based on the arrival date of your application form and the confirmation of full payment of the registration fee to the Registration Office.

Notes:
  • *1: Student rate is applicable only to those who have student status at the time of conference.
    Students are required to submit a scanned image file (in either jpeg or pdf format) of their student ID via online registration form.
    Please be advised that student rate will not be applied for students who have a full-time job.
  • *2: Accompanying persons are limited to the participants' family members only.

Payment should be made in Japanese yen and can be made by one of the following methods:

    • * Any bank charges including the ones of paying banks or intermediary banks should be borne by the applicants.
    • * If the remittance covers more than one person, please inform us of the name of each participant.
  • * If you require an invoice for the payment, please contact the Registration Office after choosing the payment method as bank transfer.
  • * Receipt can be downloaded through the registration user account.
    (Printed receipt will be provided at the conference site.)
  • * Please note that the payment method for onsite-registration will be cash or credit card.

Confirmation

  • - If you have paid the registration fee by credit card, Confirmation will be sent to the registered e-mail address automatically.
  • - If you pay the fee by bank transfer, a reply e-mail with bank information will be sent to the registered e-mail address. After confirming your payment, Confirmation will be sent by the Registration Office.
  • - If you do not receive any e-mail message within 24 hours, please contact the Registration Office.

Changes of Registration

Please revise your personal information by logging-in to your personal page.
If you would like to change your registration category and payment method, please contact the Registration Office.

Cancellation

If you cancel your participation in the conference, please be sure to notify the Registration Office by e-mail or fax immediately. The following cancellation fee will apply, based on the date when the office receives notification of cancellation. However, if you are the author of the papers listed on the conference proceedings, your registration fee will not be refunded.

*About the refund
  • - Via Credit card:
    The refund will be made via the credit card company which you have used at the registration.
  • - Via Bank transfer:
    All refunds will be made after the conference.
    Bank charges will be deducted from the amount to be paid back.

Online Registration

Visa Support

Citizens of certain countries are required to obtain a visa to enter Japan. Please check the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan (MOFA) to know if you need to obtain a visa and the visa application procedures.

The organizer will prepare the documents that should be arranged by the inviting person in Japan and send them to you.

Before you apply for assistance, you are required to take the following steps.

  1. Complete your registration with full payment of the fee
  2. Book a flight
  3. Reserve a hotel
  • * The period of your stay must be in a maximum of 7 days (including conference period (3 days), arrival & departure day in Japan).

If you wish to obtain visa support documents or the invitation letter from the conference, please contact the visa support office.
Please note that we follow the cancellation policy above, even if you fail to acquire a visa.
